Agent Commands

Agent Commands

This is a feature that may be used by the operator to instantly submit a command for execution at will in any situation, not covered by the standard alarms processing protocol.

To configure the command, the operator needs to select a device (controller, door, elevator, floor) or a device group and specify an associated command, for example: unlock all doors in a door group.

After that the operator will be able to send command for immediate execution.

Hot Commands

Hot Commands are the part of an automatic alarms processing. Each hot command describes the object and the associated action.

For example, it may define the action as a momentary opening of all doors.

Hot command has a name and a description, and might be references in the Alarm definition.

Similar to the Agent Command it may be instantly executed.

Scheduled Agent Commands

Scheduled Agent Command defines a command functionally similar to Hot Command. This command may be delayed with specifying the exact time of execution, or be invoked periodically according to a specified schedule.

On successful finish this command may be marked for deletion.
