Device groups

A Device Group is a logical container for organizing and managing a collection of devices that share common characteristics or purposes, such as location or function.

This grouping allows administrators to apply policies, permissions, and configurations efficiently to all devices in the group simultaneously, rather than individually.

Th operator can create groups for Controllers, Doors, Readers, Inputs, Outputs, Floors, Elevators, and Device Gateways associated with a certain tenant. The system will generate an “Available” list of devices that belong to a selected tenant. To form a group the operator will move all necessary devices to “Assigned” list.
